About Me
At Jana’s German Bakery, I handcraft fresh sourdough breads and German cakes for Ludowici and the surounding cities.
I’m so happy you’re here. Baking has always been a passion of mine, and this little cottage bakery is my way of sharing the flavors I grew up loving with my community. From naturally fermented sourdough breads to traditional German cakes, everything is baked in small batches with care, patience, and simple, quality ingredients.
Because good food takes time, you can pre-order available items here on my website. Please place your order at least 72 hours in advance for sourdough items so I can prepare everything fresh for you. Orders are currently available for pickup every Thursday at the Hinesville Farmers Market between 3:00–7:00 PM. I will bring the pre-orders and additional products that day.
I’m just getting started, and I’m excited to grow! I hope to offer additional pickup options soon.
